If you request a refund before we begin work on your audit (typically within 24 hours of purchase), we will issue a full refund. Email hello@cleardata.app with your order details.
Because GEO audits involve significant compute costs and manual analysis, we cannot offer refunds after your dashboard has been delivered. If you're unsatisfied with the results, contact us and we'll work with you to address your concerns.
If you believe there's an error in your audit or the data is incomplete, email us within 7 days of delivery. We'll investigate and re-run the audit at no additional cost if warranted.
